Our aim is to ensure your complete satisfaction with every Najerika purchase. If for any reason an item does not meet your expectations, you may return it for an exchange or a refund if the following conditions are met.
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange on regular priced items, any returned item must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed with original tags. The items must be returned within 30 calendar days of the date on the invoice accompanied by the original invoice as well as the RA number.
Due to the intimate nature of some items and standards of hygiene, we regret we cannot offer any exchange or refund for panties, teddies, and lingerie sets that include panties. If these items are returned to Najerika , they will be returned at your expense.
Najerika reserves the right to refuse any returns of any items that have been worn, abused altered, soiled, washed or damaged in any way. Items received in such condition will be returned to the client. No refund or exchange will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment.
Prior to returning a garment you must contact customer service by e-mail at email@example.com to obtain an RA (return authorization) number. The RA (return authorization) number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box as well as on the original invoice.

To do so, please send your original invoice with the RA number legibly written on it and the item you wish to return
Returns must be postdated within 30 calendar days of the date on the original invoice. Refunds will be made by the method of payment used. Please allow five business days, from the date the merchandise is received at our office, for refunds. Please allow adequate time for shipping.
Please use the pre-addressed label enclosed with your order.
Note: You must pay all shipping and handling fees for a return, as well as customs charges and taxes for international shipments. No refund or credit will be given to customers for shipping and handling charges, unless defective or Najerika error. In these cases Najerika will pay the shipping costs if products are returned by a transportation company that provides guarantees against loss or damages. Packages must be properly shipped freight-prepaid.

If you wish to cancel your order you should contact customer service as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to cancel the order before it is shipped to you. In the event that the order has already been shipped we will not be able to cancel the order. In this case you will need to return the goods as described in the exchange and return policy . Please note for all return, customers will be responsible for return freight cost.
–Return of a gift
The same return and exchange conditions apply for gifts. You will need the original receipt and the item must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed with original tags. The items must be returned within 30 calendar days of the date on the invoice accompanied by the original invoice as well as the RA number.
